1. Description of Service
Spotterful is a recruitment and referral platform that connects companies with candidates through a network of "Spotters" (referrers). Elements of the platform, such as resume parsing and matching, utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
2. Accounts
- When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Referral Policies
- Spotters must only refer candidates they genuinely believe are a good fit for the position.
- Spamming or submitting fraudulent referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Spotterful employs AI to assist in the recruitment process. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Resumes, job descriptions, and other related data may be processed by AI models (including third-party models like OpenAI) to extract information and suggest matches.
- While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions or summaries are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and should be reviewed by human users.
- Final hiring decisions are always made by the employer, not by our automated systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mouse At Work Group Inc. and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mouse At Work Group Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
